Brief Bio of Rev. Mary Quinn Miller

  

The Reverend Mary Quinn Miller is the Pastor of Greater Allen Temple African Methodist Episcopal, Grand Prairie, TX.  She is mother of Thaddeus, and the grandmother of Jaemyn.

Rev. Miller is a 1990 graduate of Wiley College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education.  She was awarded a Master of Christian Leadership in 2006 from Criswell Bible College.  Pastor Miller is a 2nd generation preacher was called to preach in 2000, while a member of Smith Chapel A.M.E.C Dallas, TX, under the leadership of P.E. James W. Ford.

She served as Sunday school teacher, Associate minister, Choir member, and Greeter.  Rev. Miller was ordained an Itinerant Elder in 2007 by Bishop Gregory Ingram.  She Embarked on a public School Teaching Career, and has been teaching for 20 years.  She is presently employed by Dallas Independent School System. 

She is a member of the NAACP, and a proud Vietnam Era Veteran.  Her Pastoral Charges has been:  Lee Chapel, Brownwood, TX, Allen Chapel, and Allen Chapel Athens, TX.  Pastor Miller humbly gives thanks to God and Her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for all he has done and is going to do.
